1. Our commitment
Fouroc and its group companies, including Fouroc Softwares, have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to vuin and every other app and service we operate, and meet the requirements of the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy and the App Store Review Guidelines.
2. What is prohibited
Using our services to do any of the following is prohibited:
- creating, uploading, sharing, requesting or linking to child sexual abuse material, including AI-generated or illustrated material;
- grooming, or any contact with a minor for sexual purposes;
- sextortion, or threatening to share intimate images of a minor;
- trafficking or advertising the sexual exploitation of a minor; and
- any content or behaviour that sexualises minors.
3. How we enforce these standards
- We remove violating content as soon as we become aware of it.
- We permanently ban accounts involved and take steps to prevent them returning.
- We report apparent CSAM to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and Indian law enforcement through the National Cybercrime Reporting Portal, as required by law.
- We preserve relevant information and cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.
4. How to report
Every app that allows users to share content or interact with each other includes an in-app way to report content and users, and to block users. You can also report a concern at any time through our contact form by choosing “Legal or grievance”. Reports about child safety are prioritised and reviewed by our safety contact.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. In India, call 112, or Childline on 1098. You can also report online at cybercrime.gov.in or to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org.
5. Child safety point of contact
Fouroc has a designated point of contact for child safety matters, who can speak to our CSAM prevention practices and compliance. They can be reached through our contact form, choosing “Legal or grievance”.
